The Meeting Committee’s responsibilities include choosing site locations, arranging hotel and restaurant venues, establishing an agenda, inviting guest speakers, event promotion, and all the myriad details that go into making an effective and valuable meeting. The committee needs to also solicit sponsorship opportunities from the membership. This may be the most time-consuming committee and welcomes all FMA members to participate.
