Datex announced a reseller agreement with mobility software expert, SOTI, Inc. to enable companies to manage, support and secure their mobile field force using a new web-based management console. SOTI MobiControl saves companies time, labor and money, and allows effortless tracking of hardware and software assets. The system reduces user downtime by implementing diagnostic and imaging to identify, troubleshoot and resolve device problems without requiring that the devices be returned and repaired on site and contains a robust reporting engine to create customized reports based on real time data and device statistics.
