Miami, Florida — July 10, 2018 — Comet Delivery Services, one of South Florida’s leading transportation and delivery firms, has appointed Samantha and Dustin Oaks to anchor its new Stuart, Florida facility. Samantha is the Director of Operations and Dustin is the Director of Business Development.
The new facility, which doubles the company’s footprint, provides service to Martin, Indian River, Okeechobee, St. Lucie and Palm Beach counties. The new branch also extends the firm’s legacy as a family-owned and operated business. Samantha Oaks is the daughter of Steven Seltzer, Comet Delivery Services President and CEO.
Samantha’s leadership journey began early in her career when as a salon and spa manager, she doubled membership in a short period of time while increasing sales, productivity and customer satisfaction. Most recently, she was a top salesperson at Web.com, a website design and marketing firm with more than 3 million customers. In that role, she developed strong sales and training solutions and transformed her knowledge of training and marketing into action.
For the last decade, Dustin headed sales and marketing efforts at the Tax Defense Network, a tax law accounting firm where he handled a large marketing budget for the company and its affiliates. In that position, he expanded the firm’s monthly business and generated a significant ROI on marketing expenditures.
